Another question, my original claim was put in , in 2010 I was awarded in I think 2012. Will they use the 2010 date for a "C&P check up" or 2012 when the claim was finished. Thanks V

In my case they used the effective date of award. So to answer your question, I would say 2010.The good thing with my review is all my conditions were made static, so NO MORE reviews or reevaluations....
